CONDITION AND RESERVATION TERMS

Prices of Tours and Tourist Services:

All rates are expressed in US Dollars and include all applicable taxes, sales commissions and fees for foreign tourists and Peruvians not resident in Peru.

All rates are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The rate of the tourist programs is per person, on a double occupancy basis, unless different conditions are specified. The rates expressed in the list of hotels are per person.

Necessary information:

It is very important to send your personal data via e-mail in order to process your reservation in any of the trips to be performed: Copy of passport with current date. Reservations

No reservation can be considered, as long as there is no written confirmation and cancellation of the amount agreed upon by the traveler or any other mediating company in its purchase. Payments and Deposits:

To confirm the reservation we must have received 50% of the amount agreed by the services.

Booking of Tours and Tourist Services:

All requests for booking tours or transfers that are confirmed are guaranteed.
The confirmation of the requested reservation will be informed through an e-mail indicating the reservation code of each tour or tourist service.
The confirmation of the services will proceed after receiving your online reservation request.

The balance of the payment of the remaining 50% of the agreed amount for the tours and tourist services contracted must be made with a minimum of 60 days before the date indicated as the start of the service.

It is the responsibility of the passenger to indicate the arrival and departure data in advance.

Portions of the tour or tourist service not used by the passenger’s decision will not be refundable once the tour or tour service is in progress.

Penalties:

  • Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing including all pertinent information and will be addressed immediately.
  • If an annulment is received up to and including 45 days before the date of arrival in Peru or the beginning of the contracted service, the travel deposit will be fully refundable less administrative expenses.
  • If a cancellation is received 44-16 days before the date of arrival or beginning of the contracted service, the refund will be subject to a penalty of 50% of the contracted price.
  • No refund will be granted if the cancellation is received less than 15 days before the date of arrival or start of contracted service.
  • If a last-minute sale is made and then a refund is requested, the penalty applied will be 100% of the contracted price.
  • The non-presentation of the passenger (s), will result in the total loss of the service contracted without right to any refund.
  • Likewise, the cancellation or withdrawal of the services contracted during the trip will not be entitled to any refund.
  • Certain services may be disrupted or may be canceled due to weather conditions, force majeure, disturbances, etc., or others. No refund will be granted as a result of these interruptions or cancellations beyond our control.
  • Any cancellation by the passenger before 48 hours of the start date of the tour or tourist service will be penalized with 100% of the total amount of the reservation
